Artsy Fartsy

Here is my futile attempt to actually shoot something with depth these past 24 hours:

This dude was my favorite Sigma Nu Frat. brother from another mother!

I liked him so much that I gave him my brew, but kept my bottles of vino. (Note the synchronized peace signs)

I took this picture in the middle of a freeway on ramp trying to go to school after getting a grand total of one hour of sleep(the wine crept up on me) the night before. You can sure as hell bet I was at least half awake after this. . .

If you don't know now you know

Started school and have been there for two days. Bottomline is that school blows dogs for quarters. I have a couple of interesting professors though: an old British hag, an eccentric hippie, a New Yorker who wrote "Space and Race" (an examination of race relations on Star Trek and Star Trek: Next Generation) and one more(see the photo). It's pretty trippy how one could make such stereotypical generalizations in order to typecast and categorize people immediately. I do it for humorous purposes.

The first day of school makes you feel like a fucking five year old

This is what night school does to you! P.S. killer lens

a sunday afternoon in Little Tokyo

I rolled around yesterday in Little Tokyo w/ Data and Midzt for a chill session. Highlights include: Spracker Steven almost getting tazored by a Japanese body guard for kooking out, skating at the ghetto park, and trying not to have my board land in some doo doo butter (human and animal fecal excrement).

Anti-War Demonstration

On Saturday I went to an Anti-war/U.S. imperialism march in Downtown L.A. with my family. Prior to meeting up with the marchers, my younger sister and I went on an anti-blood diamond excursion through the Jewelry Mart on Broadway while seeking solace from the rain. It was so successful my mom dropped six bills on everything but blood diamonds! A little excessive from my perspective. Proceeding we went on the march, to Olvera St. and finally to Phillipe's for a classic french dip turkey sandwich.

Last Friday of Winter Break

Today was my last official weekday of Vacation before heading back to school. Woke up late, but once the ball was rolling it was pretty enjoyable. I spent the day rolling around on a wallride binge with Sheldon. We saw this dude walking down an 18 stair with a new stereo in box having trouble. He asked for our assistance and we kindly obliged, the catch was the box weighed less than 5 lbs. and the guy was 2.5 times the size of me. I began to postulate the paradigm regarding the significance of mental strength when completing a physical action. . . Fuck it! I met up with Rick for a minute, hit up Eddie in the evening and we rolled out for a night of shenanigans and rambled to the pool haul with Brian and Ross. Later, Celine gave me a ride to visit her sister in Brentwood. This day was randomness; I saw a skunk, two deer, and what i thought was a mountain lion. Bottomline: good times.
